The Six of Wands signifies the week of November 28 to December 4, 2022. It denotes victory or success, and the acknowledgement of the victor or architect of that success. It is a very positive card for the week before us.
Judgement crosses the Six of Wands, symbolizing that spiritual truism that we eventually receive the level of reward we deserve. In this life, or the next. However it is expressed by various systems of belief, we can all accept that we get that which we deserve.
Taken together, the Six of Wands, crossed by Judgement shows us that we can and will have success in whatever sphere of life we seek it, but only if we work for it. This lesson is the heart of this upcoming week’s meditation.
The Queen of Swords crowns the Six of Wands, indicating that the work mentioned above is not only physical or emotional work. We must utilize our reason when tackling difficulties if we hope to find success, and as a part of that, we must exercise good judgement. The Queen of Swords reminds us that we must cut out of our lives those things and people that are bad for us, thereby making room for that and those who are good for us.
The Six of Pentacles sits beneath the Six of Wands, reminding us that when we do find the success we seek, we must be generous and share our good fortune with those around us who may need it. Charity and love should be freely given as we have the means to give.
Taking these vertical cards together we can see that our rational goals for our future, properly planned, combined with a generous disposition, will grant us the success that we seek.
Immediately behind the Six of Wands is the Ten of Cups, showing that we enter the week energized and with a good outlook for the future. Largely because of what we experienced in the week prior with the friends and family (including chosen family) that surrounds us.
Before the Six of Wands is the Ace of Pentacles symbolizing a new energy coming into the material world, an energy that will help us over the next couple of weeks as we work to achieve our desires.
Together these horizontal cards stand for the good emotional state we are entering next week with, the successes we will find currently, and a new opportunity, likely financial that will be offered to us soon.
Moving into the second half of our Celtic Cross, the Eight of Wands shows that we will enter the week with a great deal of energy, but that energy will dissipate rapidly as the days move past.
The Two of Wands symbolizes our collective good feelings and hope for what is to come, our belief in a bright future.
The Queen of Cups again reminds us that while we may use our intellect and our energy to achieve our goals, once we attain them we can not forget that to be truly happy we must maintain our generous natures. We must love, and we must give and share with those around us as we are able.
The King of Wands symbolizes the fact that what we do in the upcoming week will have long term impacts on our lives. The energy we expend today as we strive to achieve our goals will work for us into the future and help to manifest in our lives that which we seek.
